Refund Policy

14-day free trial
All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required during the trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends and you choose to subscribe.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly plans may be canceled at any time. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
Yearly subscriptions
Yearly plans may be canceled at any time. If you cancel within 7 days of your first yearly payment and have not extensively used the service, you may request a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for yearly plans.
Exceptional circumstances
If you experienced a technical failure caused by Focus+ that prevented you from using the service for an extended period, contact us and we will review your case individually.
How to request a refund
Email support@focusplus.app with your account email and the reason. We respond within 2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle (our payment provider) and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
