Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Focus+, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Focus+ is a business management platform for photographers and creative professionals. Features include CRM, AI tools, WhatsApp automation, invoicing, and more. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old. One account per person. You may not share accounts.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or yearly)
• A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts — no credit card required
• Payments are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record)
• Prices are in ILS (₪). Currency conversion applies for international cards.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Focus+ to send spam, harass individuals, violate laws, or infringe intellectual property. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund.

6. Your Data

You own your data. We do not sell it. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Focus+ is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv.
